Managing Director (GAICD) Ben has extensive experience in the Poletech operations, administration, quality, and financial management. Appointed director in 2000 he provides leadership experience across composites manufacturing the resource, utility and infrastructure sectors. He has a passion for developing a culture of manufacturing efficiency, and innovative solutions through process and people leadership.

Mike, who joined the Poletech team in early 2023, has extensive experience at the senior management level in the manufacturing industry, where since 2005 he has specialized exclusively in the design and fabrication of composites products, primarily for the oil, gas and energy sectors. Mike has a strong focus on product quality and is dedicated to the concept of continuous improvement as a means of optimizing processes, products and services.

Ken, joined the Poletech team in early 2023 and has extensive experience in machine operation, management and problem solving. Making sure that his teams and the Pultrusion machine operate at a high capacity whilst not compromising quality. Ken has a strong focus on safety and product quality as is dedicated to making sure Poletech produces high quality composite products.

Michelle is a highly motivated and dynamically skilled business professional, with over 20 years’ experience in business administration, accounts and quality management. Michelle has a continuous thirst for learning and implementing and promoting better business policies and procedures.

Sam started his working career in construction before joining the company in 2006. He was appointed Director in 2007 and has significant experience in company operations, administration and financial management. Sam has a vast knowledge of the manufacturing, mining and infrastructure industries, with a passion for both composite and steel materials usage, with purposeful design in air and water reticulation.

Danny has 13 years’ experience as a light fabrication Engineer and used his skills and mind set to quickly grasp the Design and Manufacture of Filament Wound Fibre Reinforced Plastics (FRP). Danny is responsible for overseeing the manufacture of a range of Composite Power Poles Pipes & Ventilation products. Danny started with the company back in 2022 and from that time has moved into the role of site foreman.

Darrin has extensive experience in the Poletech operations, administration, quality and performance of RND product. Having started with the company back in 2012 as a trade assistant, with the continuous growth within the company now sits as QA/ Production Manager. Darrin has a great knowledge of the manufacturing, mining and infrastructure industries, with a passion for composite and combining his skills in process improvements with 8+ years of ISO:9001 QMS.
